It all begins with a conversation. Whether you're commissioning a piece for yourself or your sweetheart, we like to get to know the person we're designing for. Learning about the recipient enables us to dream up a unique piece of jewelry that's also an ideal fit for personal taste and lifestyle. Whatever the challenge, we are happy to work with you on creating the perfect design.

After the consultation we get to work on drawing your design. This is done freehand by the designer or with one of our jewelry design computer programs. Most of the time, we hit a home run with the first design. If we didn't hit it out of the park, we will rework it until it's perfect. Our goal is to make sure you love your custom design. After all, we want you to brag to your friends! Once the sketch has been approved, we take a deposit of half down to begin the manufacturing process.
